In order to guarantee smooth and quick processing of your RMA matter, please note the following:
Please send the defective goods, properly packaged (e.g. stable box, antistatic bags, trays or retail packaging, etc.) with a detailed description of the fault and a copy of the reference invoice, and insured (e.g. via registered mail) to the following address:
We do not assume any liability for lost shipments!
The customer shall pay any return shipping costs, but will not be invoiced for the costs for sending the replacement article.
We grant at least a 24-month guarantee on all products.
Please take into consideration that mechanically damaged goods and goods equipped with third-party tags, labels and similar, lose all rights to guarantee claims.
As soon as we have received your return shipment, our RMA team will do its best to process your matter as quickly as possible (5-10 business days max).
In general, you will receive a replacement for your return. Ionik GmbH reserves the right to provide an inequivalent replacement if the basic specifications are comparable. If this is not possible, you will receive a credit voucher.
